Various theories have been proposed about what, why and how justice is. Quranic scholars have also tried to draw the Quranic theory of justice in their works. The purpose of this article is to obtain the components of the theory of justice from the perspective of the Holy Quran based on the opinions of commentators. The problem pursued in this research is what components, elements and concepts does the theory of justice have from the perspective of the Holy Quran? The
works of the Qur’anic scholars and commentators were examined with the method of meta synthesis. Based on the findings, it became clear that the basics of justice, what is justice, economic justice, social justice, political justice and feedback of justice are among the most important components that form the framework of the theory of justice. Other elements and concepts of justice theory are included in each of these components. The innovation of this article, on the
one hand, is its methodology, and on the other hand, it is the acquisition of a basic model and foundation for theorizing about justice from the perspective of the Holy Quran. As a result, this model is a methodical indicator for examining and criticizing Quranic opinions and theories of justice and showing their strengths and weaknesses.
