The Course of the Views of of Shia jurists and commentators of Wife Beating in Time of Disobeying: A Case Study of Verse 34 of al- Nisa

Abstract
Wife beating has been presented in verse 34 of Surah Al- Nisā 'of the Quran. Jurists and Commentators historically presented Comments of wife beating that has been questioned especially in the contemporary period. In this study, the authors aim to present these Comments while answering the following questions: What changes have occurred in comments? And what conditions and factors in the historical periods of jurisprudence and interpretation have influenced these changes?
Using analytical, descriptive and comparative methods in this research and the study and comparison of comments and then the analysis of the conditions and factors affecting them indicate that Comments of wife beating have been changhed by three movments and influenced throughout history by conditions such as Jurisprudential and interpretive methods, Kind of look at the woman, historical events of jurisprudence and interpretation periods, Islamic revolution and the feminist struggle With the addition restrictions they have undergone changes and also new Comments and virtual meanings of of wife beating have emerged in recent periods.
