Guiding public opinion in the Holy Quran; Studying the story of Prophet Moses (pbuh) and the Israelites

Abstract

 The importance of guiding public opinion is felt more in the current era, when the majority of governments in the world
are based on people's votes and republicanism. In the Islamic government, which is a government based on religious democracy, this issue has a significant place. Considering this important need and taking into account the most authentic source of Islamic knowledge, namely the Holy Quran, in this research we are looking for an answer to the question, "What is the way of guiding public opinion in the Holy Quran?" For this purpose, the verses referring to the story of Prophet Moses (pbuh) and his preaching and invitation to the people of Bani Israel have been used. These honorable verses have been subjected to qualitative theme analysis using the theme network approach. The result is that God, in the Holy Qur'an, with 4 ways of expressing the characteristics of false popular movement, explaining the characteristics of popular movement in the path of truth, explaining the greatness and power of God, and explaining the characteristics of the path of truth and falsehood, the people of Bani Israel by Prophet Moses (pbuh) has guided.
