The Outcome of Qur'anic Theological Foundations in 'Establishing Human Rights within the Circle of Divine Rights,' and the Primacy of Religious Social and Political Duties over Human Freedom Rights

Abstract
The relationship between divine rights and human freedom in the Qur'an raises several questions, including: Is the right to freedom superior to divine rights and commandments in social and political life? Or do divine rights and commandments take precedence over human freedom in social and political life, and is human freedom established within the framework of divine rights? In the latter case, which Qur'anic theological principles justify this precedence? Against a hypothesis that, based on principles such as the centrality of natural human rights, anthropocentrism, and epistemic relativism in religious knowledge, supports the priority of human freedom, the research hypothesis emphasizes that divine rights, based on theological principles, take precedence over human freedom. Moreover, God's social and political duties also take precedence over human freedom, and freedom is shaped within their framework.
