The interpretive understandings of the phrase "Wa al-muhsanatu minna al-nisaa, ila ma malkat aymanukum" in verse 24 of Nisa, have caused the emergence of certain jurisprudence rulings in the field of the right to sexual chastity of a slave girl, on the basis of which the owner has the right to sexual productivity from his slave girl, even if she is married. The application of the conditions will be transparent. The upcoming research is trying to criticize the mentioned interpretation opinion in line with the contemporary reading of it with the analytical descriptive method and based on the "structure of Sur" as a relatively late basis in Quranic studies. In this regard, he uses the four criteria of "verse structure", "syaq structure", "sura structure" and finally "Qur'an structure". The results show that the verse in its context seeks to negate invalid marriages, including marriages with married women, except in the case that a married woman is captured in war. In such a case, captivity will be equivalent to his divorce from his polytheist wife and obtaining Islamic citizenship. As a result, he is confronted as one of the citizens of the Islamic society.
