This research, aiming to address this gap, has extracted the model of faith-based governance from all verses of Surah Al-Mu'minun and has utilized a combined method including structural interpretation and grounded theory. In the research process, first, through structural interpretation, the framework and internal logic of the verses were identified, and then, through open, axial, and selective coding, the Qur'anic data were analyzed and transformed into an indigenous theory.<br /><br /><br /><br />The findings indicate that the core category of this model is the "community of the prosperous," which instills prosperity in all dimensions of collective life (spiritual, security-related, economic, political, and cultural). Among the most important extracted components are lawfulness based on trust and covenant, comprehensive security provision, economic justice through zakat, unity-oriented approach, social responsibility, governance based on logic and discourse, and purposefulness in policy-making. This model has the potential to be used as a theoretical and practical framework for designing an Islamic governance system in societies seeking indigenous models.  در شــرایطی کــه جوامــع اســامی در جســتوجوی الگوهای بومــی و دینی بــرای حکمرانی هســتند، فقدان چارچــوب نظری جامــع و نظام‌مندی که ایمــان را محــور تمامــی شــئون حکمرانی قــرار دهــد، به عنوان مســئله‌ای اساســی قابل شناســایی اســت. این پژوهش با هدف پاسخ به این خلأ، به اســتخراج الگوی حکمرانی مومنانه از تمامی آیات سوره مومنون پرداخته و از روشــی تلفیقــی شــامل تفســیر ســاختاری و نظریه داده‌بنیــاد بهره برده اســت. در فرآینــد پژوهــش، ابتــدا با تفســیر ســاختاری، چارچــوب و منطق درونــی آیــات شناســایی شــد و ســپس از طریــق کدگــذاری بــاز، محــوری و انتخابــی، داده‌هــای قرآنــی تحلیــل و بــه نظریــه‌ای بومی تبدیــل گردید. یافته‌هــا نشــان می‌دهد که مقوله محــوری این الگو، «جامعه رســتگاران» اســت کــه رســتگاری را در تمامــی ابعــاد زندگــی جمعــی (معنــوی، امنیتی،<br />اقتصــادی، سیاســی و فرهنگــی) جــاری می‌ســازد. ازجملــه مهم‌تریــن مؤلفه‌های استخراج‌شــده می‌توان به قانونمندی مبتنی بر امانت و عهد، تأمین امنیت همه‌جانبه، عدالت اقتصادی از طریق زکات، وحدت‌گرایی، مســئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعــی، حکمرانــی مبتنــی بــر منطــق و گفتمــان، و هدفمندی در سیاست‌گذاری اشاره کرد. این الگو قابلیت آن را دارد که به عنــوان چارچوبــی نظری و کاربردی برای طراحی نظام حکمرانی اســامی در جوامع خواهان الگوهای بومی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. https://qss.basu.ac.ir/article_6572_44a6a9fee78f2bb58e758a209df95f1a.pdf
